As the Vice President of Electric Operations & Engineering at PUC Services Inc., Mr. Seabrook brings over 15 years of experience in the electrical and utility industry. A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Mr. Seabrook holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Carleton University. Throughout his career, Mr. Seabrook has built a proven track record of delivering complex overhead and underground infrastructure replacement projects, advancing streetlighting modernization initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
