Angelique Gosse is an operations leader at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), serving as Senior Manager within System Inspections for Electric Operations. She coordinated program strategy, execution, and regulatory engagement, and helped integrate advanced analytics and technologies into core inspection workflows, strengthening aerial inspections as a practical enterprise capability.
Angelique brings more than a decade of experience across electric operations, inspections, emergency response, consulting, and public sector service. Her emergency leadership includes serving currently as Deputy Operations Chief in PG&E’s Emergency Operations Center, and in past roles as Operations Chief for Incident Management Teams during high impact events. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles with the City & County of San Francisco, supporting operations and analytics at San Francisco International Airport, Economic & Workforce Development programs, and the City’s Emergency Operations Center. Her public sector contributions were recognized with a Certificate of Honor from the City & County of San Francisco.
Angelique’s consulting experience includes leading large scale utility and public sector initiatives focused on grid resiliency, wildfire risk reduction, and operational performance improvement. She has led cross functional teams and managed budgets exceeding $100 million. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly Humboldt and a certificate in Data Science from City College of San Francisco.
