Margaret Foy is a Senior Engineering Technical Specialist at ComEd with more than 14 years of experience in the utility industry, supporting electric infrastructure, telecommunications, GIS, engineering design, and grid modernization initiatives. As part of ComEd's REACTS (Renewable Energy Advanced Control & Telecommunications Systems) and Smart Grid programs, she specializes in geospatial analytics, GIS development, telecommunications planning, and data-driven engineering solutions. She currently drives spatial analyst efforts for ComEd's Private LTE (PLTE) network, translating complex geospatial data into actionable insights for network coverage, connectivity, deployment planning, and operational decision-making.
