Brook Windham is a Manager of Design Engineering at ComEd, where she supports the Renewable Energy Advanced Control and Telemetry Systems (REACTS) program and helps advance the utility’s grid modernization efforts. With more than 14 years of experience in utility engineering, Brook has led initiatives in fiber engineering, project management, geospatial analysis, data migration, and process digitization that improve planning, data quality, and operational efficiency. Her work focuses on applying engineering expertise and digital tools to modernize utility workflows and support more informed decision-making across the organization. She holds a B.S. in Geospatial Technologies from Elmhurst University.
