All registrations are reviewed by our registration team.  If you’ve registered as a Utility but do not have an email address from a utility company supplying electric, water or gas services to the public, your registration will be changed to a Non-Utility and you will receive an updated invoice.

Payment Information & Cancellation Policy

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/T&D World Live 2025

All cancellation must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration.

Cancellations received:
Before September 9, 2025, are completed at no charge
After September 9, 2025, are completed with a $100 administrative fee
After September 16, 2025, registrations are non-refundable

Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing to the registration email at registration@endeavorb2b.com.
