Charlie Nobles heads Ubicquia’s utilities segment, bringing a deep track record of success for Progress Energy (now Duke Energy Progress) where he oversaw the complex evaluation and selection process of the utility’s electric AMI solution and from Sensus, where he brought key utility solutions to market to a diverse set of global utility companies.
