All registrations are reviewed by our registration team. If you’ve registered as a Utility but do not have an email address from a utility company supplying electric, water or gas services to the public, your registration will be changed to a Non-Utility and you will receive an updated invoice.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
You will be asked to select your company name and booth size below. Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire group all at once. Only register the staff who will be attending the event. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process.
If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back in to your existing registration to add to your booth staff.
Each exhibitor receives one complimentary exhibitor full conference pass and two booth staff passes per 100 square feet of exhibit space. Over-Allotment Exhibitor Full Conference and Exhibitor Booth Staff badges can be purchased at any time during the registration process. Booth staff passes do not include lunch, but may be purchased for $85 per person.

Payment Information & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@endeavorb2b.com for refund consideration. Cancellations received: Before September 9, 2025, are completed at no charge After September 9, 2025, are completed with a $100 administrative fee After September 16, 2025, registrations are non-refundable
