Maureen Montiel is a fiber engineering project analyst with the ComEd Renewable Energy Advanced Control & Telemetry Systems (REACTS) Program. She works in fiber network design and cross-domain technical strategies focused on PLTE network design. Prior to joining the REACTS team, she worked in Reliability Inspections for three years where she developed an algorithm using Azure Machine Learning to identify overhead transformers, showcasing how advanced analytics can be applied to real-world infrastructure challenges. She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington State University.
