Andrew serves as Director of NERC Compliance in the Power Grid Operations organization at Duke Energy. In this role, he leads strategic direction for Transmission’s NERC-CIP and Cybersecurity programs, in addition to providing NERC-CIP and NERC-O&P compliance support for Transmission Engineering and Asset Management. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in the electric utility industry and T&D space with prior experience in Telecom, Transmission Planning, Construction Management, and Asset Management.

Andrew holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the Citadel. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina.
