Don Finn is an Instructor for Electric Utility Technology at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) where he teaches a Line Mechanic course using a digital curriculum of eBooks and apps developed by Index AR Solutions in partnership with MidAmerican Energy. Don has vast experience using training, monitoring, and morale-building techniques to maximize employee engagement and performance. Prior to joining DMACC, Don spent 18 years at Alliant Energy, serving in a variety of leadership roles in operations, sales support and customer service.
