Horst Lehmann is a Principal Engineer for PPL Electric Utilities. Horst graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2008 with a dual BS in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Horst started with PPL Electric Utilities upon graduation and has been with the company for 17 years. Horst has worked in Distribution Planning, Transmission Design, and Transmission Project Development roles. His current role is in the Transmission Planning group. Horst is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
