Shelley Cartwright is the Environmental Affairs Manager at Georgia Power Company where she leads the company’s strategic environmental external engagement. Prior to joining Georgia Power, Shelley served as the Deputy General Manager of External Affairs for Westlands Water District where she provided strategic leadership, public policy development, and public affairs management for the largest agricultural water district in the country. Shelley’s has extensive experience developing robust, collaborative solutions with state and federal leaders, advocates, and diverse stakeholders.
