Sharelynn Moore is a seasoned and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the energy and cleantech sector, where she has successfully driven strategy, innovation, and profitability for various companies and organizations. Currently, she is the CEO of 4Liberty, Inc., a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) that provides elevated program and project services for the energy transition, helping utilities to optimize their operations, effectively deploy needed capital, reduce their carbon footprint, and increase customer satisfaction.
In her previous roles, she has led and scaled a global networked solutions business unit to over $1.4 billion in revenue, delivered 70%+ linear growth in three years while in emerging distributed energy, led business development and partner management for global growth, and built powerful teams across multiple functions and regions.
She currently serves as a board member for Arable, a company that brings industrial IoT and data-driven insights to agriculture, and as a member of YPO, a private network for CEOs. Throughout her career, she has a passion for elevating women in their careers and has served as a mentor in both informal and formal programs. Her life’s mission is to create lasting impact in the energy transition as we work with stakeholders to create a more sustainable and resilient energy future.
She is a proud mother to two her two children and her dog Murphy. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga and cheering on her favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Padres.
