Pradheep Kileti stands as the visionary Director of Future of Heat Asset Engineering and R&D Program Management at National Grid's US gas business. At the helm, he spearheads a diverse portfolio focused on transforming the challenging sector of building heating into a bastion of sustainability. In addition to overseeing the Hydrogen Blending, Pradheep is a driving force behind groundbreaking initiatives in biomethane, renewable natural gas, and innovative geothermal district heating systems. Pradheep's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. Complemented by a corporate innovation certification from Stanford University in Corporate Innovation, he is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut.
